The Job
By the time we showed up, the hard part of the renovation was done. Fresh tan siding, new windows, the place looking sharp. What it didn't have yet was a working gutter system, and on a wooded lot like this that's the one missing piece you really can't leave out.
We ran new white seamless K-style aluminum around the home with downspouts placed to carry water off and away from the fresh siding and the foundation. White to keep it clean and quiet against the new exterior.
Finish the Reno, Then Protect It
It's an easy thing to skip at the end of a project, but gutters are what keep a renovation looking new. Without them, the first hard rain throws splashback up onto that brand-new siding, soaks the ground against a foundation that was just graded, and chews up the mulch beds.
