Why We Expanded
For the last several years, we've had a recurring conversation on customer properties. We'd be on a roof in Manalapan or Marlboro clearing leaves out of someone's gutters, and the homeowner would come outside and ask: "Hey, do you guys know a good lawn guy?"
The answer was always the same. We'd refer them out — to whoever we trusted at the moment — and hope it worked out. Sometimes it did. Sometimes the homeowner came back to us three months later complaining about the lawn guy not showing up, charging surprise fees, or doing sloppy work.
After enough of those conversations, we started asking ourselves a simple question: why are we sending our customers to other contractors when we already have the trucks, the crew, and the relationship? The skill overlap is real — both jobs are about reading a property, working safely, doing physical work in weather, and communicating with homeowners. The seasons complement each other — gutters are heavy in spring and fall, lawns are heavy in summer. The customers are the same. The standards are the same.
So we built the lawn care division. Cutter Bandits is the name, but it's the same company.
What This Means For You
If you're an existing Gutter Bandits customer, three things are worth knowing:
You Can Now Bundle
One crew, one invoice, one phone number for both gutters and lawn. Bundle customers get priority scheduling, and we already know your property — that's worth something. Bundle pricing kicks in automatically when you sign up for both services.
Nothing About Gutter Service Is Changing
Same crew on your gutters. Same response times. Same prices. We didn't take resources off gutters to start lawns — we hired and trained for it specifically. Gutter service stays exactly as it's always been.
The Standards Transfer Directly
Whatever made you choose us for gutters — fair pricing, on-time arrival, clean work, no surprise charges — applies to the lawn side identically. We'd rather lose a lawn customer than damage a gutter customer's trust by cutting corners on the new service.
What Cutter Bandits Offers
Full-service lawn care, not just mowing:
- Weekly or bi-weekly mowing with proper edging, trimming, and clean blowoff. Standard route days by town.
- Spring and fall cleanups — full property reset. Leaves, debris, bed prep, mulch refresh, the works.
- Mulching for beds and tree rings. Black, brown, or red. Real mulch, not the dyed-pine stuff that fades in two months.
- Hedge trimming from routine maintenance to restorative cuts on overgrown hedges.
- Aeration and overseeding in the right window for Central NJ — early fall, core aeration only.
- Sod installation for full lawn replacements or patches.
- Snow removal for residential driveways and walkways on our route.
Same Service Area
Cutter Bandits covers the same Central NJ towns we serve for gutters: Freehold, Manalapan, Marlboro, Monroe Township, East Brunswick, Old Bridge, Jackson, Howell, Englishtown, Matawan, Holmdel, Colts Neck, Cranbury — Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean counties.
How to Get Started
If you want lawn care, visit cutterbanditsnj.com and grab a free quote, or call us on the same number you already have for gutters: (908) 242-6056. If you're already a Gutter Bandits customer, just text or call — we have your info and can pull together a bundle quote fast.
If you only want gutters, nothing changes. Call, text, or use the form on this site like always. The phone number, email, response time — all the same.
One More Thing
The 85 reviews on Google didn't happen by accident, and we're not about to change what works. We earned that reputation one customer at a time, and we're starting that same process again on the lawn side. If you give Cutter Bandits a try, we appreciate it — and we'll work to earn the next 85 reviews on the lawn side the same way we earned the gutter ones.
Visit cutterbanditsnj.com or call (908) 242-6056. Same number, more services.
